GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY OF NPOIL VIETNAM’S LUBRICANT MANUFACTURING & PACKAGING FACTORY
On November 21, 2025, the groundbreaking ceremony for the lubricant and grease manufacturing & packaging factory of NPOIL Vietnam Joint Stock Company took place in My Hanh, Tay Ninh. This significant development marks a major step in NPOIL’s production expansion strategy, while also highlighting the partnership with GB STEEL, the project’s Construction Contractor.
According to the Investor, the factory is designed with a mixing–filling–packaging system achieving approximately 80% automation. This high level of automation is expected to enhance production control, minimize manual intervention, improve accuracy, and ensure product uniformity. In its initial operating phase, the plant targets a capacity of 1,200 – 1,500 tons per month, meeting growing domestic demand while enabling future expansion.
As the Construction Contractor, GB STEEL is committed to executing the project in accordance with strict technical standards, ensuring both timeline and quality. A representative of GB STEEL emphasized that the company will allocate its best resources, equipment, and project management expertise to deliver optimal results for the Investor.
