The project is invested by SIBA High-Tech Mechanical Group Joint Stock Company, located in Chau Duc Industrial Park, Chau Duc District, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province.
The factory complex comprises two double-storey workshops with a total floor area of 30,000 m², a five-storey office building, and various supporting facilities.
