CLADDING STRUCTURE SYSTEM

The roof panel system used in the workshop adheres to the following standards:

• The base steel sheet is galvanized according to ASTM A792M/JIS G3321:2021 standard with a strength of 300-550 and coated with aluminum according to ASTM B 209M Alloy 3003 Temper H26 standard

• The aluminum coating accounts for 55% and the zinc coating accounts for 45% of the total coating weight.

• A high-quality polyester paint layer with a thickness of 25 microns is applied to the outer surface of the 25-micron thick steel sheet..

• A high-quality polyester paint layer with a thickness of 10 microns is applied to the inner surface of the 10-micron thick steel sheet."
