Organizing quarterly birthday parties for employees has become a beautiful feature of GB Steel's corporate culture, to encourage employee spirit, while creating a fun and friendly space for departments to interact and connect with each other.
Everyone's birthday is always a great joy, in the GB Steel collective, that joy is shared with all members at the birthday party. On July 27, GB Steel happily welcomed nearly 100 employees whose birthdays were in the first and second quarters of 2024 with the entire staff.
The party took place in an extremely warm, joyful and happy atmosphere. The happiness and bright smiles on the members' lips are the motivation for GB Steel to continue to maintain this meaningful activity. At the party, the Board of Directors also sent birthday wishes to the "main" characters with meaningful gifts and congratulations from colleagues. The birthday party is also an opportunity for everyone to understand each other better, and work together to build GB Steel to develop more and more.
